Welcome to Love Station.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Love Station mobile application, related services, features, content, subscriptions, communications, and any associated websites or services collectively referred to as the "App," "Platform," or "Services."
The Services are operated by Quanite FZE ("Love Station," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Love Station, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
Love Station is a mobile application designed for couples. The App allows users to connect with a partner and use relationship-focused features, including but not limited to:
Love Station is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Love Station is not a medical, psychological, legal, financial, safety, emergency, or professional advice service. The App is intended to support communication and shared experiences between partners, but it is not a substitute for professional advice or emergency assistance.
You may use Love Station only if:
By creating an account or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
If we discover or reasonably believe that you do not meet these requirements, we may suspend or terminate your account.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must contact us immediately at: support@quanite.com
We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Love Station allows you to connect your account with your partner's account.
Certain features are designed to be shared between connected partners. Depending on how you use the App, your connected partner may be able to see or access:
You are responsible for deciding what content you share with your partner.
You must not connect with another person without their knowledge or consent. You must not use Love Station to monitor, harass, stalk, pressure, threaten, or manipulate another person.
Love Station may include real-time location sharing features.
Location sharing is optional and requires device-level permission. If you enable location sharing, your real-time GPS location may be shared with your connected partner through the App.
You are responsible for managing your location permissions through your device settings and in-app settings where available.
You agree not to use location features to stalk, track, harass, threaten, or harm another person. Misuse of location features may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Love Station does not guarantee that location data will always be accurate, available, timely, or error-free. Location features must not be used for emergency, safety-critical, legal, or navigation purposes.
Love Station allows you to create, upload, send, store, and share content, including but not limited to:
This content is referred to as "User Content."
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by uploading, creating, sending, or storing User Content through Love Station, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and make available your User Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
This license exists only for the purpose of providing Love Station's functionality.
You represent and warrant that:
We may remove, restrict, or disable access to User Content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or the safety of the Services.
Love Station is built for private interaction between connected partners.
When you send or upload content within couple features, that content may become visible to your connected partner. This includes messages, memories, game content, quiz answers, photos, videos, audio, location-related data, mood updates, events, and activity information.
You understand that once your connected partner views, saves, screenshots, records, downloads, or otherwise preserves content, we may not be able to control what they do with it.
You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share.
Some Love Station features may include temporary or limited-visibility content.

Although we aim to apply these deletion rules, we do not guarantee that temporary content will be deleted immediately, permanently, or from all backups, logs, cached copies, recipient devices, screenshots, screen recordings, or systems outside our control.
You should not share content unless you are comfortable with the possibility that the recipient may save or preserve it.
Love Station may offer free and paid features.
Certain features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Subscription plans, prices, duration, benefits, and available features will be displayed in the App or through the applicable app store before purchase.
Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including:
We do not directly store or process your full payment card details.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund policies of Apple or Google, depending on where the purchase was made.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date according to the applicable store's rules.
You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Love Station may allow premium benefits to apply to a couple connection.
If premium benefits are shared with a partner, the sharing may depend on an active partner connection inside the App. If the partner connection is removed, changed, interrupted, or not properly established, shared premium benefits may no longer be available.
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue premium sharing features at any time, subject to applicable law and app store requirements.
Subscription cancellations must be handled through the platform where the subscription was purchased:
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies. Love Station does not control Apple's or Google's refund decisions and may not be able to issue refunds directly for purchases made through those platforms.
Canceling a subscription may prevent future renewals, but you may continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, depending on the applicable store's policies.
Unless required by law or the applicable app store rules, subscription fees are non-refundable.
You agree to use Love Station only for lawful, personal, and appropriate purposes.
You must not:
Violation of this section may result in removal of content, suspension, termination, or legal action.
Love Station is not an emergency service.
You must not rely on Love Station for emergency communication, personal safety, location rescue, crisis support, medical assistance, law enforcement, or urgent response.
If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services immediately.
Love Station does not guarantee that messages, notifications, location sharing, or real-time features will be delivered instantly, accurately, or without interruption.
We aim to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee that Love Station will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.
The Services may be interrupted or unavailable due to:
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Services at any time.
Service interruptions do not automatically entitle you to refunds, credits, or compensation, except where required by applicable law or app store policies.
Love Station may interact with third-party services, including but not limited to:
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, functionality, accuracy, policies, actions, failures, fees, or decisions.
Links or integrations with third-party services do not imply endorsement or control by Love Station.
Your use of Love Station is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share information, including account data, partner interaction data, media, device tokens, subscription information, and location data.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Love Station if we reasonably believe that:
You may stop using Love Station at any time.
You may delete your account through the App using the account deletion option available in the App settings. You may also contact us at: support@quanite.com
Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, accounting, or backup purposes.
You may delete your Love Station account through the App.
When you delete your account, your account data and associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable law, technical limitations, backup retention, and our Privacy Policy.
Because Love Station includes shared couple content, deleting your account may affect your partner's experience. Some content may remain visible to your partner if it is part of shared couple history, has already been received, or is technically required to preserve your partner's own account experience, unless deletion is required by applicable law.
We are not responsible for loss of content resulting from:
You are responsible for keeping copies of any content you wish to preserve.
Love Station, including its software, design, interface, features, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, code, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Quanite FZE and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Love Station for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on Love Station except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Quanite FZE.
If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or recommendations, you agree that we may use them without restriction and without compensation to you.
Feedback is provided voluntarily and is not considered confidential.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Love Station is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quanite FZE, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, including but not limited to:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quanite FZE, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

If you download Love Station from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to comply with the applicable store's terms and policies.
Apple and Google are not responsible for providing support, maintenance, refunds, or warranties for Love Station except as required by their own policies or applicable law.
Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled by Apple or Google depending on where you purchased your subscription.
We may release updates, patches, improvements, or changes to Love Station.
Some features may not work properly if you do not install the latest version of the App.
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove features at any time. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from changes to the Services, except where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through the App, by email, through our website, or by other reasonable means.
The updated Terms will become effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Love Station.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Where permitted by applicable law, you agree that disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
If you access or use Love Station from another country, you are responsible for complying with local laws.

We will attempt to resolve the issue informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled by the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies under the governing law section, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, security, or user safety.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, where permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Quanite FZE.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented within the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quanite FZE regarding your use of Love Station.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and any additional feature-specific terms, the additional terms will apply only to the relevant feature.
